Refund Policy

Our books are digital and you get to read them the moment you pay — so, as with most ebooks, sales are generally final. But we want you to be happy, and we will always make a genuine problem right.

Try before you buy

Every book lets you read the opening chapters free, and Book 1 of each series is free. Please use the free sample to decide if a book is for you before purchasing.

When we’ll refund you

• You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount.
• You received the wrong book.
• You genuinely can’t access a book you paid for and we can’t fix it.

Email support@myebooksbuy.com within 7 daysof purchase with your order email and we’ll help. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay or Dodo Payments, usually within 5–7 business days.

Series bundles

Bundle purchases follow the same policy. Because a bundle is delivered in full immediately, we can’t partially refund individual books within a bundle once accessed.
