Refund and Cancellation
Last updated: July 2026
Our books are digital products. The moment your payment succeeds, the full book is unlocked and delivered to you instantly — so, like most digital goods, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable.
Read before you buy — for free
This is exactly why every title lets you read a generous free preview (about the first 20% of the book), and Book 1 of each series is completely free. Please use the free sample to decide whether a book is right for you beforeyou purchase — once you’ve read the opening, you know just what you’re getting.
Cancellations
Digital books are delivered the instant your payment succeeds, so a digital order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. If you also order a paperback, you may cancel it for a full refund any time before it enters printing — email support@myebooksbuy.com as soon as you can. Once a print order has gone to production it can no longer be cancelled, as each copy is printed to order.
Genuine billing errors
A non-refundable policy never covers honest mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or you truly cannot access a book you paid for, email support@myebooksbuy.comwith your order email within 7 days and we’ll make it right, including a correcting refund where a real billing error occurred.
Titles withdrawn after a copyright complaint
Everything we publish is written with AI under our editorial direction, and we act on copyright complaints about any of it — paid titles included — normally within 48 to 72 hours. If we withdraw a title because a complaint against it stands up, everyone who bought it is refunded. You do not have to ask and you do not have to prove anything; we have the order list and we work through it. This is the one exception to all sales being final. Formal notices go through our DMCA page.
International orders
International card payments are handled by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, who also manage order-related inquiries for those orders under their own policy.
